Part 1: The G.O.A.T.

Nicodemus, a Pharisee and one of Israel's greatest teachers of the time, sought out Jesus out of curiosity. He heard of a man performing miracles and admired his teachings, but when they finally came face to face, he was surprised by the unexpected authority and approach of Jesus.

During their encounter, Jesus tells Nicodemus, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." Translation: Jesus, the carpenter-turned-Rabbi tells this prominent leader, that he must start over at the beginning.

Nicodemus was invited into an unexpected authority, unexpected approach, and an unexpected assignment. And now the invitation is ours.
