Albert is our visionary leader and founder. He delights in cultivating thriving communities marked by Gospel Hospitality–places to be seen, known and cared for. As he leads, he partners with our amazing staff who is led by Erin Jituboh, Executive Administrator and Lawrence Scott, Associate Pastor of Strategy and Experience. This team is referred to as the Office of the Senior Pastor. He provides overall spiritual and organizational direction, care and tools for equipping and empowerment to serve our community well and fulfill the mission of Fellowship.

LaRosa loves our people. If she could wrap her arms around all of our women and families to let them know that they are seen, known and cared for, she would. She channels this energy into vision and leadership for inspiring programs for our women.

Lawrence is driven by a call to help all of God’s people discover and develop their God-given purpose. He gives leadership to our Dream Team, helping to cultivate leadership while working with staff to build organizational systems to serve God’s people better.

John is a genius with a big heart. With his accommodating spirit, he tackles the most technical challenges, working with internal teams and vendors to ensure that everyone has access to whatever and whoever they need digitally and in-person.

Becky always has the Fellowship Family in mind. From counseling to executive leadership of our kids and family ministries, she knows almost all of the Fellowship families by name and gets excited about the next opportunity to serve them better.

Jonathan leads our production team with the love of God and a heart for His people. He supports our ministry teams to curate an environment where every attendee can encounter God and connect with community.

Curt’s dedication to the Fellowship Family has earned him the affectionate moniker “Uncle Curt”. He leads our audio team with heart and a collaborative spirit that sees him show up wherever technical support is needed, not just in the sound booth.

Courtney is a community leader with a proven track record of successful youth development and engagement. He passionately empowers the next generation of scholars to reach their God-given potential through his leadership of our youth programs.

LaRissa is a meticulous administrator and who values mission-focused efficiency. She provides administrative support for ministry programs including ROOTED, LifeGroups and Worship. On the right weekend, you may see her on stage and hear her world-renowned voice soaring through a worship set.

Tanya is a recognized leader in the worship community. She leads with heart and power, crafting sets and discipling worship leaders that honor heaven and touch earth.
