The Care Team works together to ensure that every member of the Fellowship family is cared for in the midst of crisis, need, or transition.

Prayer Team

Prayer Team members serve the Fellowship family by participating in weekly virtual prayer sessions and monthly Care Team gatherings. This role is best suited for someone who has a willingness to pray over the needs of the church and hold those prayer requests in confidence. Prayer Team members serve for 1-2 hours per week for at least three months at a time. Signing up to serve in this role includes an informal interview.

Give Help Responder

Give Help Responders receive and meet the immediate and urgent needs of the Fellowship family as assigned. Needs may include grocery pick-up, wildfire or natural disaster support, supply donations, etc. This role requires the desire and ability to respond to an array of needs as they arise. Give Help Responders are not expected to respond to every request, but rather to be on-call and to serve as they have availability. Signing up to serve in this role includes a brief survey.

The Welcome teams facilitate the various aspects of in-person gatherings at the Fellowship Center, including everything from set up to first aid to parking and beyond.

Set Up & Teardown

The Set Up and Tear Down teams are the backbone of every in-person gathering at Fellowship. They put together and taken apart properly to ensure event excellence and maintain our relationship with our high school hosts. The Set Up and Tear Down teams requite grit, strength, and punctuality, and typically serves 2 hours before or after the event respectively.

Greeters

The Greeter team ensures that every member of the Fellowship family receives a warm hello and genuine goodbye. Our Greeters are the first and lasting impressions Fellowship makes from street to seat. This role is for the friendly, kind, and welcoming volunteer. This team serves approximately 2-3 hours per scheduled service (including participating in the service itself).

The Usher team creates a hospitable space inside the performing arts center to ensure that everyone has a seat, to guide guests to the restroom, and to facilitate offering collection. First Aid

The First Aid team is ready with a bandaid, ice pack, and friendly smile to meet the physical and medical needs of the Fellowship family during an in-person gathering. This role is best suited for calm problem solvers with First Aid & CPR certification. This team serves approximately 2-3 hours per scheduled service (including participating in the service itself).

Connect Center Team

The Connect Center team is the bridge between the Fellowship family and next faithful step opportunities such as LifeGroups, summer camps, and more. This role is perfect for a warm, detail oriented volunteer who wants to help others get plugged into the life of our church. This team serves approximately 2-3 hours per scheduled service (including participating in the service itself).

Volunteer Central Team

The Volunteer Central team welcomes, encourages, and resources the rest of the Sunday Experience teams each weekend. This role is perfect for a volunteer interested in hosting and championing other disciples who are giving their lives away on mission. This team serves approximately 2-3 hours per scheduled service (including participating in the service itself).

film + TV and production

The Film + TV and Production teams are responsible for broadcasting Fellowship content in both digital and in-person environments. Film & TV volunteer roles serve in the Fellowship studio during the week, and Production volunteer roles serve Serve at the Fellowship Center during the week and for Sunday in-person Experience.

Camera Operator

A Camera Operator helps set up our tripods, camera bodies, lenses, and other production equipment. Additionally, they physically operate our cameras and sometimes help move set pieces and lights. Camera Operators need to have relevant production and camera operator experience, as well as a willingness to take direction and be a team player. This role serves 4-5 hours a week either at the Film & TV Studio or on campus for Sunday services. Signing up for this role includes an informal interview and completion of training.

Production Assistant

A Production Assistant for Film & TV or Production serves in a “catch-all” role that can range from anything from craft services to safety to assisting talent and more! They also supports our weekly services by assisting the service producer, managing the service schedule, connecting ministries with production services, and more. No experience is required. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented volunteer who is organized and good with time management. This role serves 4-5 hours a week either at the Film & TV Studio or on campus for Sunday services. Signing up for this role includes an informal interview.

Set Decorator

A Set Decorator helps tell our stories through the preparation and decoration of our studio sets, including prop sourcing. Set Decorators need to have a good eye for interior design and ideally some experience doing set decoration. This role serves no more than 8-10 hours per month in studio. A Photographer is responsible for capturing still image photography of our sets, behind the scenes, events, story subjects, Sunday Services, and more. Photographers need to have experience with still image photography.This role serves 4-5 hours a week either at the Film & TV Studio or on campus for Sunday services. Production Tech

A Production Tech helps create an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God. They set up and manage cameras, lights, TVs, and sound equipment to support the Gospel being presented on stage and around the campus. No experience required, but a background in production is helpful. This role serves 4-5 hours a week at in-person gatherings. A Service Producer helps support our weekly services by keeping us on time and organized in the ever-changing nature of in-person services. They are also involved in weekly planning meetings. ProPresenter Tech

ProPresenter Tech provides support to our weekly Sunday services by setting up and operating our presentation devices (computer, projector, stage display, etc.). This role assists during worship rehearsal to prepare slides and sequences, and follow cues to manage slides during services. This role serves 4-5 hours a week at in-person gatherings. The Fellowship Kids team builds environments for our youngest disciples to grow into adults who know, love, and serve Jesus for a lifetime.

LifeGroup Leader

Kids LifeGroup Leaders facilitate age-specific small group discussions for the purpose of deepening the discipleship of our kids. These roles are best suited for energetic, kind, and inspiring volunteers who are passionate about growing others’ faith. These roles serve approximately 2-3 hours per Sunday service. The LifeGroups and Rooted teams ensure that every member of the Fellowship family has a place to gather in community.

Rooted Leader

A Rooted Facilitator is the main leader of a Rooted Group of 10-15 people per Rooted Season. They lead, shepherd, and guide this 10 week discipleship program. A Rooted Facilitator needs to have completed a season of Rooted, have great interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and experience facilitating a small group. This role serves 2-3 hours per week during the 10 week Rooted season. Signing up to serve in this role includes an application and an informal interview.

A Rooted Care Leader helps ensure that every Rooted Leader and participant is cared for throughout the Rooted season. This role is best for someone who is empathetic, good at follow through, and who has already completed a Rooted season as a participant or leader.This role serves 2-3 hours per week during the 10 week Rooted season. A LifeGroup Leader disciples a small group through spiritual practices, curriculum discussion, and Bible study. A LifeGroup Leader must have completed a Rooted season, be in a committed relationship with Jesus, have previous experience with discipling individual(s), and high emotional intelligence. This role serves 4 hours per week during a LifeGroup season. Signing up to serve in this role includes an application and an informal interview.

Connect Group Leader

A Connect Group Leader is responsible for facilitating a weekly Connect Group. Connect Groups are a place for small group discussion of the sermon series and a bridge to connect participants to the next season of Rooted. A Connect Group Leader needs to be in a committed relationship with Jesus, have the gift of hospitality, have previous experience discipling people, and be connecting others to community. Connect Group Coordinator

A Connect Group Coordinator is responsible for assisting the LifeGroup Pastor with group connections and on boarding. The Connect Group Coordinator needs to be in a committed relationship with Jesus and have skills like relational warmness, hospitality, and administration. This role serves 2-3 hours per week. The Worship Team creates authentic worship experiences that cultivate an atmosphere for God’s presence through music with a mixture of contemporary, gospel, hymns and spiritual songs.

Choir Team

The Fellowship choir is a diverse group of singers who serve the Fellowship family through choral and worship songs. This role is best suited for those with vocal talent and a desire to serve, and requires an audition to join. Choir team members serve approximately 6-8 hours per month.

Band Tech Assistant

Band Tech Assistants use their expertise to ensure that our musicians are fully set up for studio recordings and in-person worship sets. This role is best suited for those with a teachable spirit and experience as a musician (or tech equivalent). Band Tech Assistant serve approximately 10 hours per month.
