Mentor Couples

Our mission here at Fellowship is to Make Disciples, and part of this mission includes the essential work of building remarkable marriages–marriages centered on Christ and marked by love, enjoyment and commitment to one another. To that end we offer a Mentor Couple experience for those anticipating marriage or for those who are in their first three years of marriage. Pastor Chuck Olson leads this dynamic and engaging ministry experience, and you can find out more by contacting: marriage@madeforfellowship.com or calling (626) 239.8109.

“Having a mentor couple has been a great experience. Since both of our parents do not live near us, it is good to spend time with wiser adults and to glean from their experiences. Plus, they’re people we just like spending time with! Every young couple should take advantage of this amazing ministry at Fellowship Monrovia. We’re definitely better for it!” – Kyle and Joy

Chuck Olson

Chuck Olson

Chuck has been executive pastor of two large churches in Southern California for the past 30 years. He brings a deep passion for developing leaders in the local church and in the marketplace who value the importance of leading, not with positions or titles, but with WHO they are. He is constantly pursuing ways to challenge leaders to look at the interior issues of life and leadership. Chuck did his undergrad work at BIOLA, earned a ThM at Dallas Seminary, and received his Doctor of Ministry at Talbot School of Theology. He is also the Founder and President of Lead With Your Life, Inc.

He enjoys taking long walks with his college sweetheart, Pattie, in their neighborhood or at the beach, reading, a round of golf on occasion, working out, experiencing new foods and restaurants, cheering for the USC Trojans, doing home improvement projects with his two grown sons, and spending as much time as possible with his six grandkids in the Olson’s back yard "forest" or taking them on some crazy adventure.
