“The Locker Room not only motivates me to follow Christ as a man, it shows me how!”
Once a month, the men of Fellowship Monrovia rally to talk about the real issues of what it means to be a man—as a student, a friend, a husband, a father and a co-worker. From high school students to guys who can order off the 55+ menu at Denny’s, we meet to be inspired and resourced to LIVE RIGHT and to LOVE STRONG. Most of our gatherings include a hard-hitting message followed by a time of interacting in smaller groups.
This isn’t a meeting, it’s a movement! So come join us if you are ready to get coached up and to take your life to the next level.
Our pattern is to meet the first Saturday of the month at the Fellowship Center. Pre-game starts at 7:45 a.m. with coffee and donuts. At 8:15 we lock into our time of focus and discussion, wrapping up by 9:30. This movement is led by Pastors Albert Tate, Michael Field and Chuck Olson.

“Live right, love strong.”
Chuck is best known for his passion to equip and disciple leaders who lead not from their resumes or accomplishments, but with their lives. He is constantly pursuing ways to engage and challenge leaders to look at the interior issues of life and leadership. Chuck wears multiple hats as a pastor at Fellowship: discipler, mentor, and leadership coach.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chuck served for over 35 years as an executive pastor before joining the pastoral team at Fellowship. He did his undergrad work at BIOLA, earned his Th.M. at Dallas Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree at Talbot School of Theology. He is also the Founder and President of Lead With Your Life, Inc., a nonprofit organization with a mission to build Kingdom leaders who lead from the inside out.
Chuck enjoys taking long walks with his college sweetheart Pattie, reading, working out, eating out, rooting for the USC Trojans, and spending as much time as he can with his six amazing grandkids—the SixPack!
