“The Locker Room not only motivates me to follow Christ as a man, it shows me how!”
Once a month, the men of Fellowship Monrovia rally to talk about the real issues of what it means to be a man—as a student, a friend, a husband, a father and a co-worker. From high school students to guys who can order off the 55+ menu at Denny’s, we meet to be inspired and resourced to LIVE RIGHT and to LOVE STRONG. Most of our gatherings include a hard-hitting message followed by a time of interacting in smaller groups.
This isn’t a meeting, it’s a movement! So come join us if you are ready to get coached up and to take your life to the next level.
Our pattern is to meet the first Saturday of the month at the Fellowship Center. Pre-game starts at 7:45 a.m. with coffee and donuts. At 8:15 we lock into our time of focus and discussion, wrapping up by 9:30. This movement is led by Pastors Albert Tate, Michael Field and Chuck Olson.

“Live right, love strong.”
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chuck has served for over 35 years as an executive pastor. From those years, he brings to Fellowship a deep passion for developing leaders who value the importance of leading not with positions or titles, but with WHO they are. He is constantly pursuing ways to challenge leaders to look at the interior issues of life and leadership.
Chuck did his undergrad work at BIOLA, earned a Th.M. at Dallas Seminary, and received his Doctor of Ministry at Talbot School of Theology. He is also the Founder and President of Lead With Your Life, Inc., a movement of Kingdom leaders who lead from the inside out.
He enjoys taking long walks with his college sweetheart, Pattie, coaching and mentoring men, diving into books on leadership and spiritual formation, running and working out, eating Chinese food, rooting for the USC Trojans, and spending as much time as possible with his six amazing grandkids—Charlie, Dillan, Connor, Kate, Jack, and Mackenzie.
