As one way of thanking, supporting and blessing our local public schools, Fellowship comes alongside ten campuses: Monroe Elementary, Wild Rose Elementary, Plymouth Elementary, Santa Fe Middle School, Clifton Middle School, Monrovia High School, Early Canyon Learning Center, Bradoaks Elementary, Maxwell Elementary and Beardslee Elementary in Duarte. These teams provide over 500 teachers and staff with monthly buffet lunches or creatively themed “Bags of Blessings.”
New team members are always welcome to join in the fun, so email Joy Flores at firstname.lastname@example.org, to get involved!
Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, Joy Flores has lived within a twenty mile radius her entire life. She joins the Fellowship family as Pastor of Compassion Care & Local Outreach, having graduated from APU with a BA in Youth Ministry and a Master of Arts in Educational Counseling. Her fifteen years of ministry experience include working in urban ministry, foster care and adoption, Young Life, church youth groups and mentoring moms. As a mother of four, Joy enjoys strong coffee, good conversation and all things competitive. She is married to the hardest-working most compassionate man on planet earth! She looks forward to watching the footprint of Fellowship Monrovia continue to grow in our local community.
