The topic of end of life care is always a difficult subject to bring up with a loved one and yet is such an important conversation that most people wish they had with the person. The Five Wishes Workshop will present this easy-to-use legal document (Advanced Directive) that helps a person express his/her wishes ahead of a serious illness in the future.
